Shipping Information

Thank you for your purchase. We ship Nationwide. Large items are shipped by Freight Carrier on a pallet. Delivery will be to your home via curbside service, The driver will not bring the crate into your garage, home or business, and will not assist you in opening the crate. Liftgate service is an additional expense that is not included. If you would like a liftgate, please notify us at the time of purchase.  

We select shipping companies that agree to deliver items in a timely and safe manner, however, please understand that the shipping companies are run by their own policies and procedures that are out of our control.  Once the items leave our workshop, we cannot make guarantees that items will be delivered by a specified date. We will provide an estimated date if requested, but this is not to be taken as a guarantee. Should this date not be met, it is not a valid reason to cancel the order, and Wood and Stone Designs will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge of any kind incurred by our customers if delivery takes longer than anticipated.

Damaged Merchandise

Please thoroughly inspect the package/crate for damage BEFORE signing for the delivery. Damage to the package/crate must be immediately reported to the carrier before you sign AND it must be noted on the Bill of Lading. If damage is severe you have the option of immediately refusing delivery of your order. This is the preferred course of action if the damage looks to be extensive.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please inspect your items before the carrier leaves and sign your Bill of Lading . Note damage (if any).

 Accepting delivery of any damaged freight and failing to notify the driver or signing the freight bill at time of delivery means you have signed off on the freight and will be responsible for all charges incurred thereafter.

 

 Cancellation & Return Policy

Since all of Wood and Stone Design’s products are custom made-to-order items. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 

After production has started, changes to your order are not possible. Wood and Stone Designs will make every effort to honor any requests to change orders, but additional charges may be incurred and we reserve the right to reject such requests at our sole discretion.
