Our products are made by hand and therefore products will vary in appearance, texture and color. Concrete products will show different shades or tones of color and variations may be significant, may show concrete particles or fibers in some areas. Fill holes on the edges, surfaces and inside of the integral sinks may have a different shade or color tone.

Shipping Information
Thank you for your purchase. We ship Nationwide. Large items are shipped by Freight Carrier on a pallet. Delivery will be to your home via curbside service, The driver will not bring the crate into your garage, home or business, and will not assist you in opening the crate. Liftgate service is an additional expense that is not included. If you would like a liftgate, please notify us at the time of purchase.
We select shipping companies that agree to deliver items in a timely and safe manner, however, please understand that the shipping companies are run by their own policies and procedures that are out of our control. Once the items leave our workshop, we cannot make guarantees that items will be delivered by a specified date. We will provide an estimated date if requested, but this is not to be taken as a guarantee. Should this date not be met, it is not a valid reason to cancel the order, and Wood and Stone Designs will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge of any kind incurred by our customers if delivery takes longer than anticipated.
Damaged Merchandise
Please thoroughly inspect the package/crate for damage BEFORE signing for the delivery. Damage to the package/crate must be immediately reported to the carrier before you sign AND it must be noted on the Bill of Lading. If damage is severe you have the option of immediately refusing delivery of your order. This is the preferred course of action if the damage looks to be extensive.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please inspect your items before the carrier leaves and sign your Bill of Lading . Note damage (if any).
Accepting delivery of any damaged freight and failing to notify the driver or signing the freight bill at time of delivery means you have signed off on the freight and will be responsible for all charges incurred thereafter.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Since all of Wood and Stone Design’s products are custom made-to-order items. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
After production has started, changes to your order are not possible. Wood and Stone Designs will make every effort to honor any requests to change orders, but additional charges may be incurred and we reserve the right to reject such requests at our sole discretion.

UR PROCESS
1. Initial Consultation. We begin by learning about your project, style, and goals. Whether you're looking for a concrete vanity top or a fully custom bathroom vanity., we'll guide you though the possibilities.
2. Design Direction. We start with the basics of what size, style, finish and color you would like. Inspiration photos from either our site, or your favorites from Pinterest, help us visualize the look you would like.
3. Design Details & Planning. After we get a general idea of what you are looking for, we dive into details of how many sinks, specific storage needs, number of drawers, open shelving etc. This allows us to confirm scope and prepare a preliminary estimate.
4. Project Estimate. At this point we will give you a rough estimate of the projected cost. If the cost fits with your budget, we will finalize the design and flush out the remaining details.
5. Invoice & Deposit. Then, details of your design will be added to an invoice and a down payment equal to 50% of the total is required.
6. Production Scheduling. After down payment is received, your project will be officially added to our production schedule. you'll receive an estimated time of completion. (Please note this is an estimation).
7. Shop Drawings. You will receive shop drawings (if applicable) approximately 1–2 weeks of deposit. The drawings will need to be approved by you before production starts.
8. Completion & Final Payment. When your piece is complete, you will receive notification that we are ready to ship, and an invoice will be provided for the remaining balance of the project.
9. Shipping. After final payment is received, your project will be carefully packed and shipped. We will provide you with all the necessary shipping information.
10. Enjoy Your One-of-a-Kind Piece. Each piece is handcrafted with care and designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
